Il buon funzionamento di una stufa o di una cucina per riscaldamento a legna – carbone è subordinato ad una corretta installazione della stessa che deve essere eseguita da un professionista a regola d’arte e rispettando le norme di sicurezza attualmente in essere. Sseguite il nostro blog e vi daremo alcuni consigli e norme che è bene rispettare, tenendo sempre presente però che ogni installazione ha una sua specificità. Il luogo dove si intende installare la stufa o cucina deve avere caratteristiche ignifughe, per cui il pavimento e le pareti circostanti devono essere di materiale non infiammabile. Eventuali oggetti e suppellettili devono essere di materiali che sopportino un aumento della temperatura di almeno 80° rispetto a quella dell’ambiente circostante, restando quindi intatti senza subire nessuna modifica. La stufa o cucina necessita di un giro d’aria tutt’intorno di almeno 20 cm. per garantire un buon raffreddamento della stessa ed una omogenea diffusione dell’aria calda nell’ambiente circostante. In presenza di una pavimentazione infiammabile (es. parquet, moquette, ecc.) bisogna proteggere la stessa con una piastra isolante (acciaio, ottone, marmo, pietra, ecc.) che sporga frontalmente di almeno 50 cm. e lateralmente di almeno 15 cm. Non posizionare poltrone, sedie o qualsiasi materiale infiammabile a meno di 80 cm. dalla stufa.

The efficiency of a wood/coal-burning heating stove or cooker depends on its correct installation, which must be carried out by a professional man following the highest standards and in compliance with the safety regulations in force. We give some recommendations and rules below, which you must respect, bearing in mind, however, that every installation has specific features. The place you intend to install the stove and/or cooker in must be fireproof and therefore the floor and surrounding walls must be in a non-flammable material while the furnishings in the surroundings must be able to support a temperature increase of at least 80º C with respect to the surrounding environment without undergoing any modification. The stove and/or the cooker requires an air space of at least 20 cm all around to guarantee proper cooling and a uniform distribution of warm air in the surrounding environment. If there is a flammable floor (such as parquet, carpet, etc., for example) it must be protected by an insulating plate (in steel, brass, marble, stone, etc.), which extends at least 50 cm from the front and at least 15 cm from the sides. Do not place armchairs, seats or any flammable object within 80 cm from the stove.
