ALLESTIMENTO SILVER
Alcuni elementi come montanti, profili, binari, copri piletta, ghiere dei jet e cornici dei pannelli possono essere forniti su richiesta nella finitura in alluminio  brillantato.  Gli elementi con allestimento silver variano a seconda della versione di doccia prescelta.

BAGNO TURCO
In un bagno turco efficace il corpo è circondato di vapore caldo, tra 40 e 50 gradi centigradi, con un tasso di umidità del 100%. Il vapore libera il corpo delle  tossine accumulate grazie a un’intensa sudorazione; libera le vie respiratorie e purifica la pelle. Il bagno turco stimola inoltre la circolazione sanguigna e il sistema  linfatico. Il trattamento ideale dura non più di 30 minuti:  dopo, la sensazione di leggerezza e benessere è unica ed è intensificata da un periodo di riposo, durante  il quale è opportuno reidratare il corpo e tenerlo avvolto in un accappatoio caldo

BLOWER
I jet blower generano un flusso di bollicine d’aria che risalgono verso la superficie della vasca creando un effetto “acqua frizzante”. I jet blower teuco sono molto  numerosi: da 12 a 16, secondo il modello, e sono posti sul fondo della vasca. Una sensazione di massaggio dolce e rilassante che si attiva con un tasto, anche  quando non si desidera attivare l’idromassaggio.

BOCCA EROGAZIONE ACQUA IN VASCA
Rubinetto integrato nella parete del combinato con bagno turco. Permette di riempire la vasca selezionando questa modalità attraverso il deviatore.

CLEAN GLASS
Esclusivo trattamento anticalcare per le pareti in cristallo Teuco. Grazie a CleanGlass, le gocce d’acqua scivolano via dalla superficie, lasciando il cristallo sempre  limpido. Per la pulizia della cabina basta un attimo: dopo l’utilizzo, passando un panno asciutto sulle pareti si eliminano le poche gocce rimaste. Eventuali piccoli  depositi di calcare si rimuovono con facilità, garantendo un’igiene sicura senza utilizzo di detergenti dannosi per l’ambiente. E’ indispensabile non utilizzare  prodotti specifici per la pulizia dei normali cristalli che, a causa della loro composizione (alcalina), possono deteriorare il Clean Glass. Clean Glass è disponibile  come opzione su tutte le versioni di cabine con pareti incristallo, di serie su Evolution ed Evolution Light.

CROMOEXPERIENCE
All’interno della cabina doccia e delle saune Teuco si può attivare la funzione Cromoexperience: una luce colorata di rosso, arancio, giallo o verde si diffonde in  tutta la cabina. Studi medici e scientifici hanno da tempo reso nota l’influenza del colore sugli stati d’animo e sul benessere psicofisico. In particolare, Teuco ha  studiato in collaborazione con un’équipe di medici e ricercatori universitari le caratteristiche dei cicli di cromoterapia proposte nelle sue cabine:
_ rosso, stimolante
_ arancio, vitalizzante
_ giallo, rasserenante
_ verde, rilassante
L’aggiunta del colore ai trattamenti benessere crea un’esperienza profonda di relax, coinvolgendo sia il corpo che la psiche. Teuco ha utilizzato per questa  funzione il know how illuminotecnico di un’altra azienda  del gruppo: iGuzzini illuminazione.

The jet blowers generate a stream of air bubbles that go back to the surface of the tank, creating a “sparkling water”. The jet blower Teuco are very numerous: from 12 to 16, depending on model, and are placed at the bottom of the tank. A feeling of gentle and relaxing massage that is activated with a button, even when you do not want to activate the whirlpool.

CLEAN GLASS
Exclusive treatment for anti Teuco glass walls. Thank CleanGlass, water droplets slide off the surface, leaving the crystal clear always. To clean the cabin just a moment after use, wipe dry on the walls removes the few remaining drops. Any small calcium deposits are removed with ease, ensuring safe hygiene without using detergents and environmentally damaging. And ‘not essential to use specific products for cleaning normal crystals, because of their composition (alkaline) may impair the Clean Glass. Clean Glass is available as an option on all versions of cabins with walls incristallo, standard on Evolution and Evolution Light.

CROMOEXPERIENCE
Inside the shower and saunas Teuco can activate Cromoexperience: a light colored red, orange, yellow or green spreads throughout the cabin. Medical and scientific studies have long made known the influence of color on the mood and well being. In particular, Teuco studied in collaboration with a team of physicians and academic researchers, the characteristics of cycles chromotherapy proposals in its cabins:

Aerazione dell’ambiente ove è installata una stufa o cucina

La buona aerazione dell’ambiente è fondamentale per assicurare il buon funzionamento di una stufa o cucina e per garantire la sicurezza delle persone che  utilizzano l’ambiente in cui la stufa o cucina è installata.
Per cui è indispensabile dotare il suddetto ambiente di bocchette d’aereazione con serrande parzializzatrici e in ogni caso contattare un tecnico specializzato  del settore riscaldamento/climatizzazione.

Fermo estivo

Dopo aver effettuato la pulizia del focolare, del camino e della canna fumaria , provvedendo all’eliminazione totale della cenere ed altri eventuali residui  chiudere tutte le porte del focolare ed i relativi registri e nel caso in cui l’apparecchio venga disconnesso dal camino, è necessario chiudere l’apertura dello stesso, in modo che eventuali altri apparecchi collegati alla stessa canna fumaria possano continuare a funzionare.
L’operazione di pulizia della canna fumaria è consigliabile effettuarla almeno una volta all’anno; verificare nel frattempo l’effettivo stato delle guarnizioni che  se non perfettamente integre – cioè non più aderenti alla stufa – non garantiscono il buon funzionamento dell’apparecchio! E’ quindi necessaria la sostituzione delle stesse.
In caso di umidità del locale dove è posto l’apparecchio, sistemare dei sali assorbenti all’interno del focolare.
Proteggere le parti in ghisa interne alla stufa, se si vuole mantenere inalterato nel tempo l’aspetto estetico, con della vaselina neutra.

Soluzione ai problemi

L’APPARECCHIO NON FUNZIONA
- Controllare che l’imbocco del camino sia fatto a regola d’arte.
- Controllare che le dimensioni del camino siano corrette e appropriate all’apparecchio utilizzato.
- Controllare che la canna fumaria sia ben isolata termicamente.
- Controllare che la canna fumaria non abbia aperture o portine d’ispezione sigillate in maniera non adeguata.
- Controllare che alla canna fumaria non siano collegati altri apparecchi.

DIFFICOLTA’ DI ACCENSIONE DEL FUOCO
- Aprire l’aria primaria e il registro fumi.
- Usare legna ben asciutta.
- Arieggiare il locale in modo da avere aria ricca di ossigeno.
- Verificare che la canna fumaria sia adeguata all’apparecchio utilizzato.

ESCE FUMO DALLA PIASTRA
- Verificare che il registro aria primaria sia aperto.
- Verificare che l’imbocco del camino non abbia perdite.
- Verificare che la cenere e i residui di combustione non ostruiscano il condotto di scarico o la griglia.
- Tiraggio insufficiente.

IL VETRO SI SPORCA TROPPO VELOCEMENTE
- Legna umida : usare legna ben stagionata (15% di umidità relativa).
- Materiale combustibile non adatto (vedi materiali permessi).
- Troppo materiale combustibile (vedi quantitativi permessi).
- Tiraggio insufficiente (vedi allacciamento e canna fumaria).

C’E’ CONDENSA ALL’INTERNO DELLA CAMERA DI COMBUSTIONE
- Durante le prime accensioni è normale che si crei condensa in quanto i materiali di rivestimento contengono dell’umidità.
- Se il problema continua accertarsi che la legna utilizzata non sia umida o mal stagionata.
- Verificare che il camino non sia difettoso e che raffreddi troppo velocemente i gas di scarico.
- Verificare che il camino non sia troppo grande e che il fuoco non riesca a riscaldarlo fino in cima.

IL FORNO NON RAGGIUNGE TEMPERATURE ELEVATE
- Verificare che la porta sia ben chiusa.
- Accertarsi che il registro fumi sia chiuso.
- Il camino ha un uno scarso tiraggio ed il fuoco non è abbastanza vivo.
- Riscaldare con fiamma viva e legna di buona qualità.

GLI ELEMENTI DELL’IMPIANTO DI RISCALDAMENTO NON IRRADIANO CALORE A SUFFICIENZA (PER  TERMOCUCINE)
- Controllare la temperatura dell’acqua.
- Sfiatare i radiatori.
- Verificare che l’impianto sia carico.
- Verificare che la pompa di invio sia tarata sui 60-70°C.
- Verificare che la griglia porta legna sia posizionata in basso e che non sia montata alla rovescia.
- Alzare il regolatore di tiraggio.

C’E’ CONDENSA ALLA BASE DELLA CALDAIA (PER TERMOCUCINE)
- Verificare che il termostato della pompa sia impostato correttamente.
- Controllare che il camino funzioni bene e che non si generi condensa a causa di un tiraggio imperfetto.

Thermic action

Where present, the thermal yield of the appliance is adjusted by the primary air valve under the hearth. This should be opened on the basis of the heat  requirements and should be adjusted only when the fire is burning normally. In stoves and/or cookers with cast iron grates, which have a high output, werecommend small loads of wood to prevent high dilation, which could lead to breakage of the cast iron parts.

Aeration of the room where the stove and/or cooker is installed

Good aeration of the room is fundamental for ensuring correct operation without any risk to the people who use the room in which the stove and/or cooker is  installed.
It is indispensable for the room to have intakes with adjustable air gates and, in any case, a specialised technician in the heating/air conditioning sector  should be consulted.

Consumables

The following are considered consumables and therefore not covered by the warranty:
all gaskets, the parts in ceramic hardened glass, the facing of the hearth, the paints, the ceramics and the special treatments such as gilding or chrome plating,  except in ascertained cases of damage caused during transport (duly noted on the delivery papers at the moment of delivery). The warranty do not cover  damages caused by improper installation, incorrect connection not in compliance with the instructions which accompany the product, or by tampering by  unqualified or unauthorised personnel.

Summer pause

After you have cleaned the hearth, the chimney and the flue, trying to eliminate completely the ash and others residuals, you must close the doors of the hearth and its regulators; in the case that you take down the appliance from the chimney you must close its openings in order to let work others possible appliances connected to the same flue.
The cleaning of the flue should be done at least once a year; in the meanwhile check the state of the gaskets, which if not perfectly intact, that is to say that  they are not more close-fitting with the stove, do not guarantee the good working of the stove! In that case the gaskets must be replaced.
In presence of dampness in the room where the stove has been placed, we advise you to put absorbent salts into the hearth. If you want to keep for long the  aesthetic look of the stove it is important to protect its internal walls in cast iron with neutral Vaseline.

Solutions of the problems

THE APPLIANCE DOES NOT WORK

- Check that the entrance of the chimney has been carried out perfectly.
- Check if the dimensions of the chimney are corrects and appropriate to the appliance.
- Check if the flue is well isolated from thermo agents.
- The openings and the inspection doors of the stove must be well sealed.
- More appliances can not be connected to the same flue.

DIFFICULTY IN LIGHTING THE FIRE

- Open the primary air and the smoke register.
- Use very dry wood.
- Air the room in order to have a great quantity of oxygen.
- The flue must be appropriated to the appliance used.

SMOKE COMES OUT FROM THE HOTPLATE

- Check if the register primary air is opened.
- Check if the entrance of the chimney presents leaks.
- Check if the ash or others residuals have obstructed the draining pipe or the grate.
- Insufficient draught.

THE GLASS GETS DIRTY IN A SHORT TIME

- Damp wood: use well seasoned wood (15% of relative damp).
- Wrong fuels (see materials allowed)
- Too much fuel (see quality suggested)
- Draught insufficient (see connection to the flue)
- Wrong regulation of the registers: with the secondary air register closed the glass gets dirty in a short time.

THERE IS CONDENSATION INTO THE HEARTH

- During the initial lightings the condensation is usual, because the covering materials contain dampness.
- If the problem goes on, check the wood you use; it must not be damp or badly seasoned.
- The chimney must not have defects and it must not cool down too quickly the draining gas.
- The chimney must not be too big, otherwise the fire can not heat it till the top.

THE OVEN DOES NOT CATCH UP WITH HIGH TEMPERATURES

- Check if the door is well closed.
- The register of smokes must be closed.
- The chimney has a low draught and there is not a high flame.
- Heat with high flame using wood of good quality.

THE ELEMENTS OF THE HEATING SYSTEM DO NOT LIGHT UP ENOUGH WARMTH (FOR TERMOCOOKERS)

- Check the temperature of water.
- Allow air to the radiators.
- The system must be loaded.
- The lighting pump must be calibrated around 60-70°C.
- The fire grate must be placed at the bottom and applied in the right way.
- Rise the controlling of the draught.

THERE IS CONDENSATION ON THE BASIS OF THE BOILER (FOR TERMOCOOKERS)

- The thermostat of the pump must be set up correctly.
- The chimney must work well; the presence of condensation means that there is not a good draught.

Le stufe e le cucine a legna o legna-carbone sono apparecchi concepiti per funzionare unicamente a porta chiusa. La  diffusione del calore avviene contemporaneamente attraverso il vetro per irraggiamento (dove questo particolare esiste) e per  convezione attorno al focolare. Nei modelli dove è presente, la regolazione della combustione si effettua con la messa in  circolo dell’aria primaria che si ottiene aprendo l’apposito dispositivo situato sulla porta del vano raccogli cenere.

INSTALLAZIONE

L’installazione di una stufa o cucina che necessita di legno o carbone come combustibile deve essere eseguita da personale competente e consapevole del  rispetto delle regole di sicurezza. Una stufa installata male può essere causa di gravi incidenti ( incendi del camino, dei materiali isolanti, etc.etc.)

Working principle

Wood/coal-burning stoves and cookers are appliances, which are designed to be used exclusively with the door closed. The heat is diffused simultaneously  by radiation through the panoramic glass (if fitted) and by convection around the hearth. In models where the glass is fitted, combustion is regulated by  putting the primary air into circulation by opening the special device located on the door of the ash collection compartment.

Installation

Qualified people who are aware of the safety regulations must carry out the installation of a stove and/or cooker, which requires wood/coal as fuel. A badly  installed stove can cause serious accidents (chimney fires, burning of insulating materials, etc.).

THE MANUFACTURER’S RESPONSIBILITY IS LIMITED TO THE SUPPLY OF THE MATERIAL

The efficiency of a wood/coal-burning heating stove or cooker depends on its correct installation, which must be carried out by a professional man following  the highest standards and in compliance with the safety regulations in force. We give some recommendations and rules below, which you must respect,  bearing in mind, however, that every installation has specific features. The place you intend to install the stove and/or cooker in must be fireproof and  therefore the floor and surrounding walls must be in a non-flammable material while the furnishings in the surroundings must be able to support a  temperature increase of at least 80º C with respect to the surrounding environment without undergoing any modification. The stove and/or the cooker  requires an air space of at least 20 cm all around to guarantee proper cooling and a uniform distribution of warm air in the surrounding environment. If there  is a flammable floor (such as parquet, carpet, etc., for example) it must be protected by an insulating plate (in steel, brass, marble, stone, etc.), which extends  at least 50 cm from the front and at least 15 cm from the sides. Do not place armchairs, seats or any flammable object within 80 cm from the stove.
